About

This blog is an extension of Oddpodz.com. Oddpodz is an idea engine that powers the creative professional industry. Oddpodz are people who make a living creating or aspire to do so. They are the knowledge generation - problem solvers, marketers, idea generating machines, creative thinkers and doers. They entertain, inspire and keep the world moving forward.

Oddpodz was founded by two entrepreneurs Karen Post and Jocelyn Ring. Both passionately believe that creative minds, forward thinking and possibilities are the necessary drivers that make our world better. Oddpodz is building a place where one can soak up knowledge through great content, or one can contribute to and create on the site, or collaborate with others, exchange ideas and solve problems.

Karen (aka Branding Diva) is a published author (Brain Tattoos), monthly columnist for Fastcompany.com, speaker and consultant on branding matters. She loves music, fashion, art, food and all things that make their own rules and are unique. She gets annoyed by conformity and can’t understand why entrepreneurial risk scares so many people. Her favorite past times are thinking, creating, playing tennis and soaking up good tunes.

Jocelyn is a former Wall-Streeter who strode along the beaten path, but eventually followed her desire to wander off and travel in more exciting uncharted territory. After several years in investment banking she obtained her MBA at the Stern School of Business. She did not follow her classmates back to Wall Street and corporate America. She let her horse decide where they should live. He chose Florida. She left everything familiar behind and hung out a shingle as a branding and strategy consultant. She loves learning random facts, painting, puzzles, and people and things that do things their own way. Her other favorite past times are travel and show jumping.
